Description

The surface of the land cadastre does not correspond to the real condition because no co-owner could buy or enter ownership of the land. The land is never divided, and the registration process in the land register is in progress.

In 2011 for the purpose of conforming land around buildings a new survey of the surface of objects was made – the floor elaborate. In this measure, warehouses, which are higher than 4 m, are calculated by the coefficient of 1.5 and hence the difference between PP (floor area) and NKP (net usable surface) buildings. Similarly, spaces lower than 2 m are calculated by the lower level of 1.

On the basis of the new surface assessment, the following areas of space are obtained that will serve as reference surfaces in the land division and harmonise the land register and cadastre.
